Shipping on www.ballodasola.com is free for Italy, while for all other EU countries the shipping costs are 12 Euros and will be calculated when purchasing the goods.
For Italy, delivery takes approximately 2-5 working days, to be calculated from the moment the order is shipped (and based on the production times of the individual customized shoe).
For foreign countries, delivery takes approximately 8-10 working days, to be calculated from the moment the order is shipped.
When the purchase is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Each shoe purchased on www.ballodasola.com is packaged and customized by hand to measure for the customer AFTER the order has been placed.
For the uniqueness and customization of each individual product purchased on www.ballodasola.com it is possible to make ONLY ONE CHANGE of the number of the goods but NOT THE RETURN.
CHANGE OF SHOES
The change can only be made with a different size of the same model purchased. THE CHANGE CAN BE MADE ONLY ONCE.
The deadline for making the change is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The costs for the change of goods are borne by the customer and amount to 20 Euros per pair of sneakers (return shipping) valid for all models of personalized sneakers and 10 Euros for the BalloDaSola personalized sandals.
It is necessary that the goods are completely intact in the original packaging and that the purchase receipt is inserted inside the box.
Change of Clothing
The change of personalized clothing can only be made for items with different sizes (NOT one size). The costs for exchanging goods are borne by the customer and amount to 20 Euros (return shipping).
The deadline for making the exchange is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To make the exchange of goods, you must contact us at 0541 920480 during shop hours or 0541 922400 during laboratory hours or write an email to ordini@ballodasola.com with the subject “Exchange of goods no. order….” to reserve the item you want in replacement and receive the instructions for the exchange.
