DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Shipping on www.ballodasola.com is free for Italy, while for EU countries the shipping costs may vary and will be calculated when purchasing the goods.

For Italy, delivery takes place approximately within 2 working days, to be calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse (1-2 days based on the production times for each customized shoe).

When the package is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Every shoe purchased on www.ballodasola.com it is packaged and handcrafted to measure for the customer AFTER the order has been placed.

For the uniqueness and personalization of each single product purchased on www.ballodasola.com it is possible to CHANGE the number of the goods but not the return.

The exchange can only be made with a different size of the same purchased item. The change can only be made once.

The deadline for making the exchange is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The costs for the exchange of the goods are borne by the customer and amount to 20 Euros per pair of sneakers (round trip shipping) valid for all models of customized sneakers e 10 euros for BalloDaSola personalized sandals.

To exchange goods, you must contact us at 0541 920480 or write an email to orders @ballodasola.com with subject "Change of goods order no...." to reserve the item you want to replace and receive the exchange instructions.

 

PAYMENTS

Buy in total safety and using the form of payment you prefer among: Credit Card, PayPal, Poste Pay and Bank Transfer.

Orders placed by bank transfer will be processed after confirmation of the transfer to our current account (2/3 days).

To pay with Poste Pay you can use the credit card payment form and select Visa as the circuit. Then enter the data of the Poste Pay card.

FIRST ORDER DISCOUNT

For your first purchase on our online shop you can take advantage of the 5% discount applicable to all products. Enter the code WELCOME5 at checkout.

PRODUCT CARE

For shoes with glitter, leather, studs and embroidery, wash delicately in cold water, avoiding rubbing directly on delicate accessories or fabrics. DO NOT MACHINE WASH

Do not leave the shoes soaked or damp, dry the inside and outside of the shoe using a hair dryer.

We use metal components subjected to anti-rust treatment, but this does not guarantee the non-appearance of rust if the shoes are wet and/or left exposed to humidity for a long time.

For hand painted shoes with graffiti do not wash them by immersing them in water but use a damp cloth and clean them gently. DO NOT MACHINE WASH

On www.ballodasola.com only original branded products are offered for sale purchased directly from selected fashion houses, manufacturers and authorized resellers and subsequently personalized with manual and artisanal manufacturing in our laboratories in Italy.
